Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire Audit February 2017

The practice carries out an audit of patient satisfaction questionnaires every four months and below are the findings of this audit.

Random patients from each dentist were asked to complete the questionnaire and then they were audited to look at any areas we need to address to improve our services to our patients.

The audit showed very positive results again highlighting that standards we provide are being maintained and improved in some areas

It also highlighted some areas which we need to address to help raise standards achieved in all areas audited.

Some comments were made on the completed audits. The comments were:

“Have no issues with dentist or practice have been with them since childhood”

“Doing a great job. Keep up the good work”

“I feel I am given the very best of service and advice when I visit Mrs Pilch. She always does the very best for my teeth and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you – a grateful NHS patient!!!”

“Very pleased”

“Always been very happy. Been a patient for 50 years”

“Very good”

“I am very satisfied. Have been coming many years back to Jackson days. Thank you”

“Excellent”

The areas that we are addressing are:

The information needed for our patients if they have a dental emergency outside of normal surgery hours are:

For patients in North Lincolnshire for emergencies for weekends and bank holidays tel: 01724 858969 and for patients out of North Lincolnshire tel: NHS 111 to get the appropriate number for their area.

A rise in standards:

On this audit 100% of the patients who completed the questionnaire said that they would be happy to return to the same dentist for their treatment.

I would like to thank all patients for completing the questionnaires in order to help us audit the services we provide for our patients to help maintain, and also look at any areas we need to address to improve the standards we provide to our patients.
